What's useful to include

  • For a bug report: your browser and version (e.g. "Chrome 140 on Windows 11"), what you pressed, and what you heard.
  • For MIDI issues: the controller model, whether the status bar changed, and whether the device works in other apps.
  • For preset ideas: a reference sound ("the pad from that 80s ballad") and which control you wish it had.

What we can and cannot help with

We can fix bugs, explain how a control works, and correct content that's wrong. We can't repair MIDI hardware, debug your DAW projects, or provide music lessons — but if a question keeps coming up, it usually becomes a better explanation on the page itself.
